🔒 How to Find Your WiFi Security Type
🍎 iPhone / iPad
  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Wi-Fi
  3. Tap the ⓘ icon next to your connected network
  4. Look for "Security" — it will show WPA2, WPA3, WEP, or None
🤖 Android
  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Network & Internet → Wi-Fi
  3. Tap on your connected network name
  4. Look for "Security" — shows WPA2, WPA3, WEP, or Open

  1. Click the WiFi icon in taskbar
  2. Click Properties under your network
  3. Scroll down to find "Security type"

Most routers have a label on the back or bottom showing the default WiFi name (SSID), password, and security type. Look for "Security: WPA2" or similar.
💡 Quick Guide:
â€ĸ WPA/WPA2/WPA3 — Most common, works with all modern routers
â€ĸ WEP — Older security, rarely used today
â€ĸ Open/None — No password required (public WiFi)
